Hi. Dispatcher here. I can’t speak for the whole industry. But down here in the southeast, drivers seem to have a short attention span, and are just CONVINCED that there’s more money to be had at the next carrier. Then in less than 2 or 3 months, they’re back sitting across from me filling out another I-9. Then the cycle will repeat its self all over again. I’ve had one guy quit and come back 3 separate times. Those trucks will go through drivers faster than they will wiperblades. Anyone else seeing that trend?
