New driver needs employment advice

Hello, I’m a newbie CDL A driver fresh out of school with no endorsements nor restrictions on my license. I have received job offers from ROEHL transportation and Boyd Brothers Transportation. Are these good companies to work for? I’m having trouble finding a job that doesn’t require at least 3 months of CDL A experience. I’m looking to do OTR driving and am seeking advice from y’all about good companies to work for that will hire new drivers/ jobs with a training program. I’m also wondering if there are any Teamster jobs worth joining. I live in Maryland, I have 4 years of non-cdl straight truck delivery experience, was a member of Local 639 in DC before the company I worked for shut down. Please help me out and thanks a lot in advance!
