New CDL class A

I recently got my CDL class A, I am 21 living in NJ. I got a job in Amazon TOM team, I am getting paid $24 an hour. The training is 4 weeks long and we get training for Hostler, Check in Check out, yard audits, and on the road driving. Is there any benefits to this training? I want to be making more money, I am also getting my hazmat and tanker endorsements. I’m just asking for some guidance and how I can make more and what trainings and jobs I should be looking for .
