For those of you that haul from RDC to RDC, have you encountered any of them that secure their floor-to-ceiling carton stacked cargo on the tail of the trailer with webbing or netting? I’ve been struggling to find a domestic (USA) source of this type of netting that isn’t an arm & a leg because it has fancy ratchets or will hook into E-tracks. These types of loads are all the way to the tail so no such attachment points available, only hooking or looping around possibly the trailer door hinges.
Much of what I’ve found via Googling points me towards Alibaba for Asian suppliers. It needs to be cheap as the receiving warehouse will cut it down & toss it, but also be large enough to cover 75%-90% of the rear of the wall of cargo. There is no issue with ordering it from Asia, but just searching domestic first before heading international. If you Google “sea container netting” then the first images that come up as results is nearly exactly what I’m trying to find.
