need some advice

so iv been job hunting the last couple of days, and it seems like two companies want to move forward. the first is swift, no introduction needed. the other one is system transportation. this would be my first trucking job, so id need a trainer. ST said it would be from 4-6 weeks before they could get me a trainer, so that’s kind of a long time to be sitting on my thumbs. their website says their top earners make 1400 a week, iv heard that’s not great. swift can start me in a couple of weeks. both have tuition reimbursement, and I’m not sure how much swift pays. so should I go with swift or ST? or should I keep looking. any advice is appreciated.
