Need some advice.

This might be a little odd, but I have a question for the fellow truckers. I’m a rookie, just getting started. Currently working for a mega carrier on a team (my only option when I started). I’m 6 days in and it is disgusting and disappointing to say the least. The truck only has 40k miles on it and the seat smells like it’s been shit on a bunch of times. You can smell it in the whole damn truck. My teammate will wake in the middle of the night and just piss in a bottle and it really fills the truck with a nasty stench. I need to get atleast 3 months experience but I’m ready to roll the fuck out now. Any advice?
