Hello fellas so I got a big question, i recently got a 2012 international 7.6 4300 maxforce. Yesterday I went on a trip and the truck said i needed to pull over and regenerate the DPF system, so I did. Later on it said the system was heating so I had to pull over, smoke was going in the cabin.(thinking maybe DPF system it’s clogged).today a mechanic went to take a look at it and he said there was a loose clamp And the gasket was torn and also a air hose that goest by the actuator was rip so we replaced that. And believe it or not the smoke was stilling coming out at about 1500rmps or more then over 2500rmp the smoke didn’t came out. So I’m not sure what it is he said it might be the egr cooler might b clogged or soot might be by the intake? Or maybe turbo needs to be recalibrated? Has anyone been there? Any tips? O also he said the actuator not moving so maybe that might be another reason? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance
