Good day, thanks for helping. I don’t remember much from this creepy story reddit post, but this is what I remember:
I remember that the story was about a trucker that took a job in the last moment. A long night haul from one town to the other. With long winding roads and no street lights so complete darkness.
He started his journey and found out his “boss” left him a voicenote or recording giving him a job description or something. It started off alright for the driver, but eventually became really odd, where the “boss” described different paranormal events that he would experience on his way there and how he should deal with them and how to keep safe, and he also said not to get out of his truck for any reason whatsoever.
The trucker thought it was odd, but eventually these events started happening and he reacted accordingly.
I remember specifically the “boss” told him he will pass a old lady on the road that is hiking and that he shouldn’t stop for her. But when he passes he wouldn’t see her in his rear view mirror, but he would see something in his peripherals, but not to stare directly at it.
