My wife and I want to do long haul together

My wife and I are looking to do long hauling together in June, as I need to be 21 before I can go for my cdl. My question and my issue is that we have to find a company willing to hire two brand new drivers for long haul and right out the gate because we are in debt and need to find a company that will help us pay for the schooling as well as any other benefits we can get. Please if your a long hauler and can help us find out how to break into the trucking industry please let me know.
