My trainer is a MESS

So i just passed my CDL. I went OTR with a trainer prior to taking my test and he taught me a lot in the 10 days we were together.

Fast forward and they placed me with a trainer to do 30k miles with before i get me own truck. The first day with this guy he tells me he’s never driven OTR by his self. Just local work using SAMSERA. I’ve caught this guy on his phone scrolling TikTok multiple times. Facetiming with his wife ect… he knows nothing about how to use a qualcomm so I’ve had to show him basically everything. Well yesterday he never changed his self to active driver meaning he drove all day on my logs.. he acted like it was no big deal but i (very angrily) tried to explain that it was a HUGE deal. Fast forward to today and he did it again. Causing me to go over my HOS by 4 hours. He also has no money so I’ve been paying for CAT scale tickets or we just wouldn’t do them. What should i do??
