MY CDL IS “INVALID”!!?? HELP

So I I’ve been a truck driver a little over a year now with no tickets(that I know of), no accidents , and my med card is up to date. Well this morning I get a message from dispatch telling my my cdl is showing invalid in the state of NV and to call the dmv to get it fixed. I have been on hold for an hour and half and still haven’t spoke to anyone but does anyone know what could cause my cdl to suddenly be “invalid”? Does this mean suspended? Anyone who has an idea of what could have caused this your input is appreciated.
