Moving to Indianapolis from abroad, do not know where to start

Hello everyone, as the title says, i am moving from abroad to Indianapolis the next days (just received today my Social Security Card) and i am not sure from where to start. Should i get in a driving school to get my CDL first or should i contact mega carriers for training programs? A few big companies i contacted do not have any open driving positions at the moment and they are not interested to pay for my school. In a previous post people have suggested me to go through a company’s program but i have not found any with opening jobs at the moment. Any thoughts will be appreciated!
