Current company:
I can run when I want as long as the loads are delivered, weekly pay, home daily, no driver facing cameras, week of pto and a week of sick time, everyone knows everyone. Insurance is paid for by company for me, but like $220 a week for my family of four.
new company:
Nearly 30k yearly pay increase, driver facing cameras, no cellphone use while driving (not even with headset), 200 yearly hours of pto, $130 weekly insurance for family.
Both companies haul fuel and home daily.
