Little Help Deciding My Career.

Hi! I’m a fairly new OTR driver (6 months) and wanted yours guys lovely opinions on who you think would be the best company to work for going forward. I’m currently with SWIFT thanks to my father helping me sign up to the company and I’ve somewhat enjoyed the lifestyle so far. I enjoy the places I get to see and being my own boss is quite nice. But I am feeling worn out lately, mainly due to the pay of the job. So much gets taken out due to medical stuff, along with the academy SWIFT put me through and deductions so my pay gets cut in half practically. I’m bad at doing my own research so I wanted to ask you guys what company do you think would be best for me going forward? I mainly stay in the Colorado to Virginia area as my fam lives in VA. And thank you ahead of time to anyone that gives me pointers.
