I’m currently at 4 years TT experience, and feel grossly underpaid. I currently deliver fuel locally to construction sites in the North Georgia area, I’m at $49k annually as of now. If I work OT I’d give it around $53k. With that said, I’m looking at returning to OTR or Regional. If I am going to I want it to be worth my while financially.
Took a step back from OTR a couple years back due to my mental health, but have since worked through my issues and would like to get back out there.
It’s not easy getting the actual numbers, or reviews from companies, so the best place to get answers is through trucking forums. I get this particular thread may not apply to everyone, but at least those with 3+ years of TT experience. If not anything else it’ll be a place for those who want better pay to refer back to once they get enough experience.
