Must have a CDL, means that everyone at the company must have a CDL Class A. If person doesn’t have a CDL Class A they can NOT work there. However, only exception is if driver already has a class B wants to upgrade to Class A.

It doesn’t matter the driving position, routes or lanes, products or commodities, obviously the drivers need endorsements for certain trailers and products. Everyone gets same weekly work load & duties, one can even change various departments, trailer types or focuses, everything’s the same. Say you work at the company for 10 years you basically learn every aspect of transportation. Instead of the 20 mega carriers it’s just one BIG TRANSPORTATION COMPANY even drivers worked from logged in to a platforms helped drivers get home or find a load or the office was personnel was like heck I’m driving for a couple months… whatever basically there’s always something to do, something figure out, learn, fix, repair, driver, book, etc, as long as each person completes weekly duties/workload.

Each individual works 40 hours a week & $75 an hour
– Base Weekly Pay: $3,000.00
– Base Annually Pay: $156,000.00

Weekly optional OT pay if individual decides to participate in happy hours or events. If they don’t attend nobody cares they just lose out on OT pay.
