I’ve been driving a couple of years now, and I keep a gaming laptop in my truck. I generally keep it in a laptop bag when rolling, but I haven’t managed to make one last more than a year. Eventually I get some kind of break inside it, because eventually it just won’t turn on or receive power from the cord (and it’s not a battery charge problem, though it could be a batter connectivity problem).
Is this just how it is if you’re keeping a laptop in the back of the truck, or is there a trick to getting it to survive the usual road jostling? Better container? Maybe better laptop? (I once had a laptop designed for use on industrial sites, but it wasn’t designed for gaming.)
