If you’re thinking about going to this company for training? Just don’t. Avoid it at all cost. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone to get their CDL or go through their refresher program. . Especially not the Richland MS location. If you’re fine riding a greyhound bus (I’m not) or staying in bed bug infested hotels (Richland MS) by all means go here. If you go through the refresher program because you don’t have 3 months of recent experience they’ll put you on a $2000 contract for six months. (There are other company’s that charge less and do more for you) If that’s not a red flag enough idk what to tell you. And to go through their shitty academy they will put you on a $4000 contract. No, it’s not worth it. If you want to go to this company come with your experience through the door. Then again I can’t guarantee you they won’t find a reason to fire you randomly that or the shitty dispatch.
Also management is more shitty than you can imagine. A friend of mine got terminated because they claimed they never responded to their calls. However they had been calling KLLM daily and going on property. Long story short, someone got reported to the EOC for worker retaliation. I’m still with them unfortunately but I’ll be leaving sooner than later.
