So I was just wondering how do the endorsements work?

– Like how do you get them & can anyone get them?

– should you get them? (Or should u get them if your job requires it)

– If you had a piece of advice for someone who was about to go to a company to get my CDL & drive for them for a year what would that advise be? (Would I be better off going to a school?)

Thanks in advance to everyone 🙏 I appreciate you guys and I just wanna learn as much as I can now so I can keep growing and get the best job available. I’m still young and have no kids so I deff wanna drive while I have nothing really holding me back
