Just got CDL and all endorsements

I have CDL doubles/triples..tanker and hazmat. I dont want to do OTR I want to stay local and be home every/most nights. I am 48 live in Lexington ky. I am in good shape. I am willing to do a year of something horrible like pepsi or sysco to move on to better options. Are the endorsements gonna give me a leg up with no experience. I have 2 kids who are in high school. I don’t mind to do a good regional job in a year or fuel delivery. What else is there is anyone gonna work and train me local with all my endorsements. What options are there I don’t know about please help…..thanks
