So the company I work for jockeys and crane operators are straight up bullying drivers. They have this rule that says they always have the right away since they own the lot. That’s not a problem but they abuse that rule. They constantly pull out in front of trucks and then beep the horn as if it’s your fault. They will literally be parked, see a truck going 10mph, then before the truck passes they will pull out, blocking you. They have literally crashed into another truck and made it his fault because the priority right away rule. When the crane goes to put A container on a jockey you can be waiting behind that jockey and as soon as it moves the crane guy will pull forward to block you from getting through. I’ve had two events with them so far. One was when a jockey purposely put a chaises in front of me, blocking me in and today the crane guy tried to run me over as I was trying to pass through. He literally watched me and as soon as I was halfway through he floored it backwards and reported me saying I tried to pass him while he was backing up. The company they work for won’t even hear your side of the story. All they say is they have the right away. Is it anyway I can report these guys?
