Looking for a OTR lease purchase job.

Just finished CDL school in October, drove with a local company until December but it was landscaping so they were hitting their off season. (My luck). Tried with TMC, but pay was too low for me to maintain my bills, and they operated too much like the military. (USMC VET).

Have a local dump truck job available but pay is $25/ hour and it’s about an hour and a half commute for me. (wife’s friend owns his own clearing and grading company)

I’m 24, barely any experience, but looking for something reliable and steady with lease options. Let me know if you know anything and any help would be great.

If this is not possible, any recommendations on flatbed companies that hire with no experience? Or any good companies you recommend?
