I went through the driving academy at YRC YELLOW in SLC (it was local for me) and I passed everything and got all my endorsements only to find out on my very first day that they had no driver positions available. So I was let go on my very first day. So I’ve been job hunting for the past week and just about every single place wants at least a year of experience. I’ve only had 1.5 weeks of being behind the wheel because of weather. I didn’t even get my 160 and I have no idea how I’m supposed to get experience without OTR. Just feeling defeated. I don’t want to leave my wife and kids but I think I may have to just to give them a life

Edit: because I was let go I got out of my 2 year contract
