I have a 2013 Coronado with a Detroit 60 series under the hood.

I’m on AZ87 going down to Phoenix.

79k in the box.

I stuck the damn thing in 5/6 gear and it’s like I have no jakes. I’m going to get it looked at when I get back, but it just went through what could be considered an overhaul as the paperwork states they installed and torqued the jakes to spec.

Why the hell does it feel like I have no jake’s? I get it all the way up to 2200 rpms, the engine is screaming and I am *still* gaining momentum and speed.

Someone give me an idea. Wtf is going on. I’ve never had a truck not able to hold a full load on a 6% graded hill
