Is your speed related to the speed limit or do you just pick a number you like?

I swear drivers don’t even know what the speed limit is these days. They just go a speed. I can’t tell you how many times every day I see the speed limit go down and I’m the only one slowing down. The speed limit goes up and there’s still people putting along while I’m trying to accelerate. I usually go 3-4mph above the speed limit and sometimes I will just go the speed limit through certain cities to make it less stressful (try it some time, thank me later).
