Is using my CDL still worth it ?

Got my license through TMC and drove for a month, realized I’m not cut out for flat bed then went back to my old job to decide what I want to do next. All I see now is truckers making basically below minimum wage and getting screwed all the time and saying how much the industry is shit…idk I feel like I’m just waisted time and money, are there any good options out there? Honestly I’m thinking about just going to school and do something with IT lol
