I recently got my CDL in December and have been driving for a local farmer hauling his hay from the field to barn. With that being said I don’t drive on the road I’m only moving hay around his farm. My problem is I asked him what his business name is and he said he’s independent. Doesn’t have a business and this is just his hobby. Am I wasting my time driving for this guy? Or can I consider this being verifiable driving experience if I leave? He doesn’t pay much at all actually I only took the job for the experience.
