Is Schneider a better option than Roehl?

Have a start date for Roehl’s get your cdl program in 2 weeks. I got a job offer from Schneider yesterday was wondering what you guys think.

Roehl offered $.46/mile for loads over 500 miles and $1.09/mile for loads under 500 (might have those switched up). Schneider offered me just shy of $25/hr with $15/hr detention pay. Roehl would be dry van Schneider is tanker w/ hazmat and twic required. Roehl has a 120k mile commitment, Schneider has 9 month commitment for paying for my training. Thoughts?

Edit for more context: obviously my first gig and likely to just tough out the first contract and leave for better options.
