In New Jersey – have refusal for breathalyzer, can I get a CDL with the DMV ?

I have a 1 dui/refusal in my personal vehicle and have completed all obligations with the DMV in New Jersey, currently have a normal license. I’m honestly considering leaving my desk job in finance because I’m getting nerve damage in my eyes from staring at a screen all day and I’m honestly at a breaking point being tied to a desk, and it looks like I can make as much or more money driving. Anyone with a refusal in NJ able to acquire a CDL license and lock in a job?
