I’m trying to evaluate offers but I need some help!

I have two offers from one company

1. $1,300 guaranteed plus 25% on truck revenue above $5K
2. Straight CPM ($.60 to $.70 tiered based on mileage.) They tell me they will get me the miles. They are al about running hard

Company is all about getting miles. Based in TX.

* Company Position
* Dry Van
* Weekly Hometime
* All 48, spot market only, no dedicated lanes

Which one is better. Or should I hold out for higher pay. I’ve got the years experience, and the safety record.
