If I get trained by a company, how can I easily get the restriction off my cdl

I was hoping to go to a college to get my cdl since it would’ve gotten me the unrestricted CDL (which would’ve been convenient since class would’ve been done right before I turn 21) but that didn’t turn out and I found out the next class I can take from that school (which afaik is the only one close to me that has a truck driving class) starts in August 2023 which I’d rather not wait that long, so I’m planning on going to a reputable company that’ll train me but it’s probably gonna be automatics they train you in (last I checked they have semi automatic or something for the closest they have for manuals) so if I go with them, would I have to take a collage class just to learn how to do manuals or how can I be taught manuals so I can retake the test?
