1.) You gotta get a job to get credit, but they wont hire you because you have no credit report. Yet they will hire me if I buy a truck which makes no sense. But I cant buy a truck because I have no credit.

2.) I went to a truck driving school and now have my CDL A. But they wont hire me because I didnt go through their school with their teachers who in the end would have gotten me the same CDL A but with a Manual Exemption. But If I Lease Purchase???? through their company they will hire me immediately. (Not that dumb.)

3.) All the local company’s dont want me because I went to the local drive school that has started gaining reputation as a really good place to recruit out of. 8 out of the 12 OTR company’s I talked to said no to hiring me because “Your overqualified…..” What ever that means. The other 4 want 4 years expirence OTR

My question is this. WHAT DO I DO…..?
