I live in Texas but work for an Indiana motor carrier. Am I liable for Indiana state or county taxes?

When I signed on earlier this year they said I’d have Indiana state tax withheld unless I filed for an exemption. I figured just let them withhold it and figure it out later, it’s only like 1% anyway. I was just informed that starting in 2023 they’ll also start withholding county taxes.

I’m just here to seek clarification: am I actually liable for any of these taxes for a state and county where I “work” but don’t live? Or will I get it all back when I file for my refund soon?
