I just started a new job and regretting it

I just started with Schneider and I really like doing the work but the pay is just not very good. I’m getting minimum wage + $25 a load. The recruiter said it’s 90% local drop and hook where I’d get 18-20 loads a week.
My first week I got 12 loads, and my second week it looks like I’ll get about the same.
I’m mainly doing “local” but the local is an hour and a half drive each way and then it’s been about 75% live loads and my “drop and hooks” I have to drop off a cleaned out empty trailer, spending I don’t know how long sweeping and patching holes.
I’m doing 60 hour weeks and making the same as my hostler driving job where I worked 40 hour weeks.
