Checked in at tyson. Set my tractor brakes, finished my tablet messages, guard came out and collected paperwork. I get out to pull tandem pin, pin won’t stay out. I start internally freaking out. I hate breakdowns especially when I’m within 500 feet for dropping the trailer. I try several times. Call maintenance. First question , did you pull your red knob. Oh for fuck sake. I facepalmed quite hard. Ugh. Crisis averted, tandems to the rear. WTF.
