I feel like my job keeps giving me extremely ambitious loads and it’s fucking me over.

I’m a new driver that’s only been driving for like 6 months. I’m a company at a mega and it’s starting to seem like some of the loads they are giving are almost impossible to actually do on time. For example, in one shift they wanted me to get unloaded, drive 300 miles and get loaded for the next load. The unload appointment was 1am and the loading appointment was 11am the next morning. It ended up not working out because the unloading took like 5 hours. It just kinda feels like some of the stuff they want me to do is unrealistic.

Does this seem unrealistic to any of you guys or am I just underperforming? It’s hard not to get discouraged when I’m always struggling with what they give me but I also feel some of this is wildly ambitious.
