How is Schneider orientation?

Per my last post I’m joining Schneider. I actually switched accounts, they first offered eastern 37 otr .44cents/mile, home every other week. I’m now choosing to do CHEP dedicated home daily, $1200-$1400k/week. Mon-Fri 4pm-2am.

I have orientation later this month in Carlisle PA. I have CDL no experience.

What is orientation like? Home weekends? Single hotel occupancy? Any idea how CHEP account is?
