How easy is it to pivot away from driving to another job related to trucking?

I plan on starting school in a few months but I already know I wont be driving forever. I keep thinking about if I had an injury or health problem that would keep me from being on the road. Im making backup plans on other career paths like dispatching, instructor, recruiting, etc. I would like instructor alot because early high school my goal was to be a teacher. Recruiting or career coaching also would be nice to help people.
