So I followed the wise advice to get the pay in writing from the recruiter, and as promised it says everything we talked about on the phone the weeks prior to me deciding to pull the trigger. Went through orientation, now training and it looks like payroll has my pay listed as far less than quoted. A lawyer is pointless because I’m technically still only in training (and no the cpm listed on payroll currently is not training pay, training pay is flat weekly amount). They were giving me the okie doke for sure.
My question is, I have the proof so what now?
Payroll hasn’t emailed me back. I drive most of the day (business hours) so I haven’t had the chance to call yet. What gives…
