How bad is a 16 over speeding ticket?

I got a speeding ticket in Indiana coming out of a toll booth catching up to the traffic going 61 at 45. I called around to try to get it off of my record but everyone was basically saying the court isn’t playing “ball” with the lawyers in the area. I just ended up paying the fine and no contest plea. How hard is it for me to get a good job at this point? I would like to work in fuel hauling or something local in Dallas, TX. area.

I have 2 years and 9 months experience driving a tractor-trailer. I don’t have anything else on my record.
