How are you all doing on miles?

My company used to be great about getting me good miles but they were recently bought out by swift and all of a sudden I’m struggling to get 800 miles a week and just the other day I was told the minimum time a driver can stay out is being extended to 3 weeks out and 3 days in and also MASSIVE pay cuts. But of course the company says that this is actually a good thing because they are replacing pay and home time with “professional growth opportunities” which basically means that in 5 years they will raise my pay to about 85% of what it was a few months ago. Are other companies pulling this crap?
