Holy crap, I need to leave my company.

Out of “respect for my employer” (hah, that’s rich.) I won’t say who I am working for.
Who should I apply to do trucking for? I am a relatively new driver for this company. Coming up on my first year in February officially. I’ve been in the buisness for 7 years, had my CDL B for 4 1/2 and my A for the past 3 but have only the 1 year with the semi officially.
I would like to find something local. Something where I can come home every night preferably sticking at around $22 an hour or more.
Any suggestions? OTR is out of the question, I have pets and no one to take them.
