Joined local company that pays subpar (Little over $1000) fairly easy job, covers bills so cant be too mad. This june would be my year anniversary.
But just recently got fully endorsed. Ik its a stupid idea to be fully endorsed and not have a well paying job to show for it.
Im stuck on going to a city driver for Walmart which pays $1600 assuming advertising is accurate and could put my foot in the door to eventually get into a regional gig with them
Or
Going LTL which is great but can’t find the perfect fit. Fed ex contractors pay subpar. One of them pays $1200 a week. Also dont think I can survive the slow seasons especially being bottom of the seniority pole.
Or
Fuel Hauling for either loves or pilot. Seems like a very easy gig and make good money and people seem to enjoy but one thing about it is ur doing the same stores and it will eventually get boring.
Should I stay with the subpar company hoping maybe seniority can increase my pay? Talked to codrivers and they seem to like it. One of them has been with them for 10+ years. I don’t want to be a job hopper. Only had two trucking jobs since 2020
