So i work small company i drive flat bed cross to country and work for percentage from the grooss load. My dispatch alway send me to confirmation and i see how much is load but when i go get to load sometimes customers say different amount then what confirmation says like confirmation says 5k but costumer says i paid 8k for this load you know what am talking about.
So its not about im not trust my company or dispatch but i really wanna know why is that and how we confirm to confirmation is right. Do dispatch or company can play w confirmations number? Is there any online system we can check or as a driver we have to stfu and accept whatever it is.
