Help with Xantrex HF freedom inverter

I have a xantrix HF inverter in a 2022 volvo. It’s either a 1500 or 1800 watt model. I just put in a brand new microwave that is 750 watts. The microwave power is on and runs but nothing gets hot. When I check the Freedom HF inverter panel it says the outputnis 0.03 kw.

The truck was idling when I tried.
I have reset the GFI.
I have reset the controller to factory default
The led is amber which the manual says means the batteries are charged.
I tested the microwave at home and it works fine.

I do not have a multimeter

Any ideas?
