Hey guys, wife of a trucker here. Hubs got terminated just shy of a 3 month probation for safety issues. He is new to the trucking industry and has been applying like a mad man but no one seems to be willing to entertain the idea of him working for them bc of the safety issue (which is understandable but disheartening). He is 6 days shy of having 6 months experience. He has applied at swift and they are even saying no to anything regardless of what it was. We aren’t sure where to go from here because he is new to this and if no one will hire him after a safety termination what Is he supposed to do. I guess my ask is if any of you guys or gals out there know of or have had experience with this and have any companies that may hire him so he can go back to work. He is used to OTR reefer.
