Help. Will a minor defect inspection report show on my record? Michigan state

My trailer clearance lights were out only three little lights at the top of the trailer.
Michigan police pulled me over. He gave me an “inspection report” stating it needs to be fixed before next dispatch. I told him it must have happened when driving.

He said I’m not getting a ticket or anything. And I’m not oos

No citation issued.

But it does say “violation”

Does this show on your CVOR/Abstract or in the USA you guys call it drivers motor vehicle record.
