Well, I am on my way to Green Bay to drive for Schneider,but not the way I was planning on getting there.
Decided to ride my motorcycle from Mount Morris MI through the UP of Michigan down to GB.
Had a great cruise pretty much all the way to Gaylord. Yep, laugh all u want, I think it’s funny too.
Anyways, right as I get near the exit, my transmission started making a growling or grinding sound. So I pulled off and found that I couldn’t go into 5th without grinding, 4th was happy, but couldn’t down shift through lower gears. So, I looked up the nearest Harley Dealership and took it there in 4th gear.
The technician pulled it in and found no oil was left in the tranny, metal shavings, and it blew the main seal. Called my buddy up, he drove 1 1/2 hours to come pick the bike and I am continuing on by gray hound bus.
