Have you ever refused a stop because of hard of a back it is?

For the record this is for a 26 ft box truck. We have to deliver to a hospital with an underground loading dock and it’s notoriously difficult to get into. The dock would still be tight enough if it weren’t cluttered with crap everywhere. You can’t go more than like a foot without having to goal or risk hitting something. I even have to physically move things to make room for myself. The security guards are always complaining that other drivers keep hitting stuff and the walls look like that of an insane asylum because of how much they’ve been hit. I’m at the point where I’m tired of risking it and just refusing to go back there. Has anyone experienced something similar?
