Got fired from my job

I’ve had a class A cdl for a little over a year now. The first company I worked for for 9 months and had no issues. The company went out of business so I got a job somewhere else. The second company I worked for for 6 months and just got let go for side swiping a car that I didn’t see when I was trying to merge into the right lane. I’m not trying to make a sob story but I’ve been feeling I guess kind of like a failure since I got let go especially since I was told I would be fine and then about a week later they fired me. Any advice?
